Are your cupcake liners and baking cups greaseproof?
Yes! Our liners are our own designs and are greaseproof cupcake liners. These greaseproof liners truly are just that, greaseproof. They do not fade - even the white - and that is what makes them far different than anything you have used before. We have baked in and tested each one of our greaseproof cupcake liners and post pictures on our site so you will know what to expect.
Because there are many factors that can affect cupcake liner performance, we always recommend doing a test run before your big event to make sure you are 100% happy with the results. Although they are made from greaseproof paper, they are still paper liners. Many factors can certainly still affect their performance such as prolonged exposure to moisture, and sometimes even excess moisture in batters. They are not foil lined so if even a little bleed through is absolutely not acceptable, they may not be for you. Additionally, after much research, we have found that since the liners are taller and require more batter than standard cupcakes, a few extra minutes of baking results in optimum performance even longer with more runny batters. They bake ideally at 2/3 full.
Do you sell custom sprinkles mixes?
Custom sprinkles are our favorite to do! You can find the listing here. We can do any combination of any sprinkles we have in our shop as well as a few extra we have up our sleeve. You can request an exact mix or even just a list of colors and let us do our magic. From 4oz bags to 25lb bulk custom mixes, we got you covered!
Do you sell vegan, nut free, gluten, for other allergy specific sprinkles?
We sell a variety of dietary specific sprinkles in our shop including best selling Vegan Sprinkles. Our sprinkles are nut free and gluten free (minus the crispies line), but not certified allergen free. All of our sprinkles contain soy. All edible products have a full list of ingredients to help you with your buying decision.
Because some of our ingredients may be produced in a facility that produces allergens and we package and prepare our sprinkles on the same machinery, there is always a risk of cross contamination. Unintentional contamination can always be a possibility, however remote.
Why doesn't my bottle of sprinkles weigh exactly 4, 16, or 80 ounces?
All of our sprinkles have different densities, therefore they weigh differently. In order to stay consistent and to allow our machinery to fill the bottles equally, we measure by volume in fluid ounces. Regardless of the type of sprinkle you order, you can assure that you get the same amount of coverage. The surface area is the same regardless of the weight of the product. Our packaging labels reflect this.
Will your paper straws get soggy or unravel once they are placed in drinks?
We have tested each of our straws for hours in cold drinks and they are just as sturdy as they were when we first put them in. They are not for use in hot drinks as the heat undoes the adhesive. Our paper party drinking straws are made out of thicker, sturdier paper than other paper straws therefore holding up for as long as you want to party. They will not fade or unravel so you can rest assured that they will be the perfect addition to your party!
Are your paper straws strong enough to bake cookie pops in the oven with?
Yes! This is our favorite question because this is a very popular use for our paper straws! Lots of our cookier customers have sent us pictures and videos showing how easy our straws are to use with cookies pops straight from the oven. Simply press them into the back of the dough, bake, and enjoy!
Do you send coupons or run specials that I can take advantage of?
Current promotions can usually be found on a graphic on our home page but we often love to send out special coupon codes/discounts and run giveaway contests for our loyal fans. You can become one and join in on the action by signing up for our mailing list on our home page, liking us on Facebook, or following us on twitter and Instagram. There are many ways to connect with us. We make it easy to stay in touch!
Do you sell in bulk/wholesale quantities?
We certainly do! We believe in equal opportunity shopping and do not feel that you should have to be a business to get special pricing. We offer purchasing discounts on almost all of our products. Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a print or electronic product catalog. You can always find our current product offering by browsing through our online shop.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Due to the food associated nature of these items, and the sanitary concerns therein, Sweets & Treats Boutique cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges once your order leaves the warehouse. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct our mistake. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We love happy customers!
How can I purchase from your website?
We make shopping with us as easy as possible. Just use the add to cart buttons located on each product's page to add them to your cart and when you are ready, click the checkout button once in the cart and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal payments.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to customers and companies all over the world and can certainly ship to you too!
Can I make a change to my completed order?
Did you realize you ordered one too few packs of cupcake liners or party straws? Mistakes are inevitable so we are more than happy to update your order after it has been placed but only if your order has not been packaged and shipped yet. We typically run a 1-2 day turnaround so once an order is packaged, we will be unable to make changes.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping during Covid times is proving to be quite difficult. We are seeing record sales from online orders and are processing orders faster than ever but our shipping partners are struggling with the influx of packages during this busy year. There are no guarantees to shipping timeframe from any company we work with and we will not refund shippping charges because an order arrived later than your event. We hope to be back to normal policies soon!
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our factory in Louisiana. All orders, no matter how small, include tracking information which will automatically be emailed once the order is updated.
On average, domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location and what shipping method you chose during checkout.
International orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks but can vary greatly for many reasons. Please order in enough time for your order to be processed through customs to avoid any unforeseen delays.
If you need your order processed faster, you must contact us immediately and get confirmation. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will not ship same day even if shipping method is UPS.
Can I call in an order over the phone?
We are a web only business and all transactions must take place through our website. Sorry!
