Gel food colors are ideal for royal icing, buttercream, rolled fondant, macarons, cookie dough, bread dough, cake batter, whipped toppings & icings, gum paste, and anything else that can use a water based food dye. Not for use with chocolate or candy melts unless premixed with a few drops of oil before.

Apply our texture and taste free food dyes a few drops at a time and let sit in between applications. The colors develop as they sit.
